Yes. Counting a proposal once it is on a published agenda, administration had at least two snow proposals seeking more money before council or a committee by August 27, 2026, and we found three. None of them states the snow budget it would add to, so on a stricter reading that requires the snow budget each would add to, none would count, and if the comment meant precisely two, it is partly right.
