Topics

A topic is a label, nothing more. Each one has a page listing the questions filed under it, so a reader can find the argument they came for; none of them summarises what its questions found, because a finding belongs to a single checked claim and a subject heading is two levels above one.

A question is filed under every topic that applies to it from the day it is registered, whether or not it has been checked yet, and most carry more than one. Every question is on the register whatever its state. 2 of them carry no topic, because they turned out not to be about Edmonton civic government, which is why they were declined.
