What this source can establish
The general building-permit record the City publishes, by work type and year, with all records starting from January 1, 2009. Establishes the fields available for a demolition frame: issue date, job category, job description, work type, units added, address and legal description, with demolition carried as a work type and in the job description text; and that the dataset carries no parcel or title identifier.

City of Edmonton Open Data Portal dataset page; the archived Socrata metadata records the licence as "See Terms of Use" with no licence link, so no redistribution grant is stated in the bytes. Fails closed to private.
Verify independently
Fetch the original and hash it: if the bytes still match the SHA-256 above, you have the same document we read. If the page has changed since or the link has died, email [email protected] and we will arrange verification against the archived copy. Rights terms stop us republishing this file; they do not stop us proving which file it was.
