What this source can establish
The dataset landing page for the City's general building permits, including its field list, coverage from 2009 and update date. Establishes what the open permit record publishes — building type, units added, occupancy date — and so what the panel could and could not derive from it, including that recorded house demolitions collapse after 2018; the archived bytes are the portal page, not the permit rows.
