What this source can establish
The dataset landing page for the City's development permits. Establishes what the development-permit record publishes, the basis for the panel's count of house-demolition descriptions by year and its finding that the permit frame under-captures teardowns after 2018; the archived bytes are the portal page, not the permit rows, and carry no demolition counts.
