What this source can establish

The first and last timestamp each counter published, with its configuration, as an aggregate of dataset tq23-qn4m taken on 2026-09-04. It establishes which counters were recording on a given date and which had stopped, including that 106 Street N of Jasper Avenue last recorded on 2025-07-16. It establishes nothing about why a counter stopped.
