YF-EV-0145
Bike and Pedestrian Counter Locations, dataset py7x-4d39
What this source can establish
Where the City's automated counters are, with each one's description, counter configuration, direction of travel and coordinates. It carries no facility-type field, so it cannot on its own say whether a counter sits on an on-street bike lane or a shared path.

The archived copy this hash identifies, retrieved 2026-09-04, was lost on or before 2026-10-02. The recorded hash is unchanged. The same URL was fetched again on 2026-10-02 and registered as YF-EV-0322. The fresh copy's bytes differ from the recorded hash; the source may have changed since 2026-09-04, or the publisher may serve different bytes on each request. Either way, the published claims still cite this entry. Audit record: https://yegfacts.ca/methodology/audits/archive-loss-2026-10-02
City of Edmonton open data served through Socrata; the archived bytes carry no redistribution grant. Fails closed to private.
Verify independently
Fetch the original and hash it: if the bytes still match the SHA-256 above, you have the same document we read. We no longer hold the copy we read on , so we cannot verify against it if the page has changed. The audit record says what still supports each finding that cites this source.
