What this source can establish

The source as it stood on 2026-10-02, re-archived after the original archive of YF-EV-0143 was lost. It is not the copy the review panel read: its bytes differ from the hash recorded on YF-EV-0143. The source may have changed since 2026-09-04, or the publisher may serve different bytes on each request. The audit found the content itself changed: this copy shows counter records up to 2026-10-01, and the panel read data that ended on 2026-09-02. It establishes what the source says now and nothing about what it said when it was read.
