Triage sent it ahead because project parking inventories and parking-program accounts can show how many spaces each lane removed and what providing those spaces costs the City. The brief found the first record: the City's project page states, route by route, what parking each bike route removes. Three fairness checks each asked for revisions, every one was adopted, and the third left two fixes written out word for word; the route that lets an editor paste such fixes and have them confirmed requires the pasted text to be exact, and a separate reader found the editor had altered join words and the status line, so the brief stays parked. It reopens only on new intake evidence.
